DP 320 Drop Packer
The DP 320 drop packer provides continuous case/tray packing of glass,
plastic, fiber or metal containers. Used in a variety of industries, including
snack foods, dairy, beverage and household chemicals, typical applications
include salad dressing, milk, juice, canned foods, carbonated beverages,
bottled water, snack foods and detergents.

System
Operation
Product is
fed on one conveyor while preformed cases, from below, are fed on another.
The product is then collated into the desired pack patterns. An empty
case is raised from the lower conveyor by a lifting mechanism and placed
around a funnel-like product guide and the product is then "dropped"
into the case or tray once in place. After receiving product, the filled
case or tray is then lowered back to the lower conveyor and then discharged.
