In the RSC (regular slotted case) opening/sealing sequence, KD cases are placed in a magazine and then opened one by one and transferred to the loading station where product is loaded. The minor and major flaps are then tucked in, while glue is applied. The case is then transferred to the compression station and finally discharged.

In the tray opening/sealing sequence, the tray blanks are placed in a magazine and then are first sent to the forming station where the major flaps are formed and then to the loading station. The minor tray flaps are then glued and tucked in and the loaded tray is sent to the compression station and then discharged.

In the wraparound case opening sequence, the wraparound case blanks are placed in a magazine and then formed. The case is then loaded with product and the flaps are tucked in. The formed and filled case is then compressed and discharged.
