The PL 200 pivot loading case/tray packer offers vertical packing for
stand-up pouches and other bagged products. With gentle product handling
features, applications for the PL 200 include popcorn, cookies, snacks,

Operation
From the customer's infeed conveyor, bags/pouches are fed onto a shaker
conveyor which vibrates the moving product to settle and flatten it
out. From there a horizontally pivoting conveyor feeds product into
one to four down stacking accumulation chambers. Once the chamber is
loaded with a predetermined amount of product, the chamber contents
are loaded into an awaiting case or tray.
