Providing premier packaging automation solutions is not a "one man" job. SWF Companies has long recognized the importance of incorporating high quality components into its machinery - components which reflect the best quotient of function, feature and value to meet our customer's expectations. We have recently sought to secure these valued relationships with preferred suppliers into more formal agreements where the purchasing power provided by SWF Companies can be brought to bear for the benefit of our customers. These formal alliances assure that SWF designers, assemblers and field service technicians are thoroughly trained and aware of the very latest in material and component technologies.

To accomplish the objective of making our supply chain to customers more efficient, we identified seven "component categories" for development of strategic supplier alliances:

By combining the demand for components from these categories into a group of selected partners, representing leading global manufacturers and distributors, SWF has successfully reshaped and enhanced its supply chain - establishing a comprehensive network of service, support, training and technology implementation that will lead ultimately to improved product quality, reduced lead times and lower costs to our customers.

SWF recognizes that many of our customers have undergone similar initiatives and may have developed supply relationships that are complimentary to, or competitive with, SWF's strategic supply partners. Our formal agreements specifically provide SWF the ability to work with competitive suppliers based on customer preference and request.
